RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.SNOTYOUNG.STORE. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.
Item(s) purchased from WWW.SNOTYOUNG.STORE can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The items must be returned in resaleable condition; unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to our address with a written explanation with the following:
- order number (you received this with your confirmation mail)
- which item(s), which size(s), which color(s)
- why the item(s) is being returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchanges are not available. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.

Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes.
So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1- 4 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.
